Teo Ser Lee is the Founder and Director of Protocol Academy Pte Ltd, Singapore’s pioneer in etiquette and protocol services. Ms Teo is trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington where she specializes in Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol. She is also a qualified Colour & Make-up Artist, Personal Stylist and Image Consultant as well as an associate of APICSA (Association of Professional Image Consultants of South Africa).

She caters to mid and top level executives who wish to enhance their self-confidence, heighten their communication skills, outshine their competition and increase their bottom line. Customised seminars are geared to educate, motivate and meet the needs of today’s busy executives.

Besides giving personalized trainings to top level executives of multi-national corporations, she also conducts trainings in the finer points of etiquette, protocol and projecting a professional image. Ms Teo has been featured on national TV, in several major newspapers and magazines, amongst them are The Straits Times, The Sunday Times, The New Paper, Today, Streats, Lianhe Zaobao (Chinese newspapers), Her World, Elle magazine, Simply Her, Icon, Peak Magazine and many others. She also writes regularly for some magazines and newspapers.

Ms Teo has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from National University of Singapore and started her career as an external auditor with the then Ernst & Whinney. She has more than 12 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in marketing and corporate communications. She has held management position with Singapore Airlines, providing services to high valued customers and was also General Manager, Corporate Communications for Samsung Electronics, handling media relations, publicity and promotions for all the company’s products.

Ms Teo is also currently a part time drama artiste with MediaCorp Television and also a radio presenter with MediaCorp Radio.
